All orders placed through our Shopify store are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and additional options available during checkout. Please note that orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, except for (COD) orders

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

We offer shipping to all destinations within Pakistan via reputable courier partners. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines typically range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the recipient's location.


We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Minimum 90% of the product volume remains in its original container
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
